No technique can go beyond the mind.” He proposes that instead of spending a specific amount of time meditating each day, you can continue to meditate the entire day. • When you eat, you meditate by observing the eating • If you walk, you meditate by watching how you walk Everything you do, you meditate. This way, you get to convert your life and make it a constant meditation practice. You observe your emotions and thoughts as witnesses of your meditation. But other people claim that dynamic meditation techniques can have negative effects due to catharsis. Those suffering from severe emotional shocks, or those who have gone through traumatic experiences, catharsis can have harmful effects. But there is no scientific data that can prove this theory. However, studies like this one published on NCBI, show that people have gained enormous mental, emotional, and physical benefits from the Dynamic Meditation technique.
